Architecture is designed for long-term maintenance; every build includes an accessibility and performance pass. ### 2.2 AI development and integration LLM integration and AI-powered product features, RAG pipelines and project-specific agents, support and content automation, prompts and guardrails tuned for the client's domain, plus measurement and iteration as the product evolves. ### 2.3 Business process automation Bots and scrapers for structured data collection, API integrations between CRM, ERP and SaaS tools, multi-step pipelines with error handling and alerts, and monitoring so automations stay healthy in production. ### 2.4 Application maintenance and support Bug fixes and production patches within an agreed SLA, security and dependency updates, incremental modernization to current frameworks, allocated hours for small features each month, monitoring, performance work and documentation that stays current. ### 2.5 AIDT - delivery platform Every project runs on AIDT, our own AI delivery platform.
