All prices are net, in Polish zloty, fixed and openly published - the price in the offer is the price on the invoice. There are no hidden fees and no mandatory subscriptions. All prices are net, shown in euro (converted from PLN at 4.25 PLN/EUR and rounded up to the nearest €10 on the English site), and current as of September 2026. Invoices for EU clients can be issued in EUR; Polish contracts use PLN. Larger scopes, enterprise contracts and long-term retainers are quoted individually. The first 30-minute audit is free.
Fixed scope, fixed price
We agree on scope, architecture and timeline before development starts, so the estimate does not move mid-project.
Payment split 50/50
Half of the fee books your start date, the rest is due after the work is deployed and accepted.
2 revision rounds + 30-day warranty
Two rounds of changes are part of every fixed-price package, followed by 30 days of warranty after handover.
Your code, your IP
Repository, code and intellectual property are transferred to you. AIDT, our AI delivery platform, is included at no extra cost.
Delivery times
Delivery times are counted from the moment the deposit is paid and the client has handed over materials and access - not from first contact. We commit to a specific handover date and treat it as part of the offer, not as a marketing promise.
For reference: a landing page in 7 days, a corporate site with CMS in 14 days, WordPress + WooCommerce shop in 10-21 days, a custom web application or MVP in about 30 days, a single automation in 2-5 days, and a maintenance plan within 5 working days. Response time for critical production issues is under 24 hours, agreed as an SLA in the maintenance plan.
Process facts
Every project follows the same four steps - discovery, design and plan, build, launch and support - and runs on AIDT, our internal AI delivery platform, at no extra cost to the client.
- The process is fully remote: e-mail, shared documents and scheduled calls, no on-site meetings required.
- Payment is split 50/50 - half books the start date, half is due after deployment and acceptance.
- Two rounds of revisions are included in every fixed-price package.
