Terms of Use - Sudoku Nova

1. General

1. These Terms govern use of Sudoku Nova (“App”).
2. Provider: SphereOfDevs (“Provider”), contact@sphereofdevs.com, sphereofdevs.com.
3. By using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. Intended for users 12+ per store age ratings.

2. Service

1. The App offers sudoku with progression (XP, quests, cosmetics, special modes).
2. Provided “as is” - we strive for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. We may update balance, content, and features as allowed by law and store policies.

3. Account and progress

1. Play without registration - progress may stay on device.
2. Optional Google/Apple sign-in enables cloud sync (see Privacy Policy).
3. You are responsible for device and identity provider account security.
4. We use server-side anti-cheat; abuse may lead to progress reset or cloud access restriction.

4. Virtual items

In-game coins, XP, cosmetics, and power-ups are not real money or transferable property - a limited in-game license only.

5. Advertising

Rewarded ads via Google AdMob; ad content is supplied by Google. See Privacy Policy and platform consent settings.

6. Fair play

No cheating, bots for farming, or circumventing server rules; no offensive nicknames or user content where applicable.

7. Intellectual property

Sudoku Nova name, code, and assets belong to Provider. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to Google Play / App Store rules.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for progress loss if you did not use cloud sync, or for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App anytime. We may discontinue the App or cloud service for legal or abuse reasons.

10. Changes

Updated Terms are posted at this URL. Continued use may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
